# Update issue attachment

> Update a Linear issue attachment.

`linear.updateIssueAttachment` updates a Linear issue attachment..

export default automation("Update issue attachment", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Update issue attachment" })
  linear.updateIssueAttachment({
    attachmentId: "attachment-uuid",
    title: "Customer ticket",
  })
})
```

Provide `attachmentId` and `title`. You can also replace `subtitle`, `iconUrl`, or integration metadata. Returns the updated `LinearAttachment`. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects the Linear binding.
