# On project created

> Start an automation when a Linear project is created.

`onLinearProjectCreated` filters workspace project webhooks to creations.

import { onLinearProjectCreated } from "automate.ax/linear"

export default automation("Watch new Linear projects", () => {
  onLinearProjectCreated()

```

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns a project webhook signal with `action: "create"`, provider-native `data`, optional actor and URL, and workspace/webhook metadata.
