# Archive ad

> Archives an ad without deleting reporting history.

`metaAds.archiveAd` archives an ad without deleting reporting history.

```

The action writes `status: "ARCHIVED"`. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a static project account binding.

Returns Meta's mutation result. Archival is not replay-safe.
