# Delete creative

> Deletes an unused ad creative.

`metaAds.deleteCreative` deletes an unused ad creative.

import { metaAds } from "automate.ax/meta-ads"

export default automation("Delete creative", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Delete creative" })

  // Use result in the next advertising, reporting, or delivery operation.
})
```

Meta rejects deletion while a creative is in use. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a static project account binding.

Returns Meta's mutation result. Deletion is not replay-safe.
