# Get ad account

> Retrieves one Meta ad account.

`metaAds.getAdAccount` retrieves one Meta ad account.

import { metaAds } from "automate.ax/meta-ads"

```

The ID may include or omit Meta's `act_` prefix. Use `fields` to add fields to the typed default projection. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a static project account binding.

Returns account identity, currency, timezone, balance, and spend data.
