# Get Instagram comment

> Retrieves one comment on Instagram media.

`metaAds.getInstagramComment` retrieves one comment on an Instagram professional account's media.

`fields` adds Graph fields to the default selection. Meta hides comments from restricted users. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a static project account binding.

Returns `id`, `text`, `timestamp`, `username`, `from`, `hidden`, `likeCount`, `media` with `id` and `mediaProductType`, and `parentId` for replies. The action needs `instagram_basic`, `instagram_manage_comments`, `pages_read_engagement`, and `pages_show_list`.
