# Update ad

> Updates a Meta ad.

`metaAds.updateAd` updates a Meta ad.

Put mutable Marketing API ad fields in `changes` using public camelCase names. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a static project account binding.

Returns Meta's mutation result. The update is not replay-safe.
