# On lead created

> Starts when a selected Facebook Page receives a Lead Ads lead.

`metaAds.onLeadCreated` starts when a selected Facebook Page receives a Lead Ads lead.

Returns lead, Page, form, ad, and ad-group identifiers plus the provider creation time. Pass the event's `pageId` to `metaAds.getLead` and retrieve the lead promptly. Optional `account` selects a static project account binding.
