# Update Notion agent status

> Enable or disable a Notion agent.

`notion.updateAgentStatus` enable or disable a Notion agent.

## Example

```ts automations/notion-update-agent-status.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onSchedule } from "automate.ax"
import { notion } from "automate.ax/notion"

export default automation("Update Notion agent status", () => {
  onSchedule({ schedule: "0 9 * * *" })

  notion.updateAgentStatus({ agent_id: "agent-id", status: "disabled" })
})
```

## Inputs

`agent_id` and `status` (`active` or `disabled`) are required. Every input accepts a compatible signal, and an optional second argument can select a named account.

## Output

Returns the agent ID, resulting status, pause reason, and last-edited time.
