# Update Notion page

> Update page properties, presentation, lock state, or trash state.

`notion.updatePage` update page properties, presentation, lock state, or trash state.

## Example

```ts automations/notion-update-page.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onSchedule } from "automate.ax"
import { notion } from "automate.ax/notion"
export default automation("Update Notion page", () => {
  onSchedule({ schedule: "0 9 * * *" })
  notion.updatePage({ page_id: "page-id", in_trash: false })
})
```

## Inputs

Provide `page_id` and any current update fields: properties, icon, cover, lock, template, content erasure, or `in_trash`. Retired archive aliases are rejected. Every input accepts a compatible signal, and an optional second argument can select a named account.

## Output

Returns the updated full or partial `page` object.
