# Update Notion view

> Update a view name, filters, sorts, quick filters, or configuration.

`notion.updateView` update a view name, filters, sorts, quick filters, or configuration.

## Example

```ts automations/notion-update-view.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onSchedule } from "automate.ax"
import { notion } from "automate.ax/notion"

export default automation("Update Notion view", () => {
  onSchedule({ schedule: "0 9 * * *" })

  notion.updateView({ view_id: "view-id", name: "Updated" })
})
```

## Inputs

`view_id` is required. Other fields are optional and follow the selected view type. Every input accepts a compatible signal, and an optional second argument can select a named account.

## Output

Returns the updated full or partial `view` object.
