# Get mailbox settings

> Returns the connected mailbox's locale, timezone, working hours, and automatic reply settings.

`outlook.getMailboxSettings` returns the connected mailbox's locale, timezone, working hours, and automatic reply settings.

## Example

```ts automations/outlook-get-mailbox-settings.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation } from "automate.ax"
import { outlook } from "automate.ax/outlook"

export default automation("Get mailbox settings", () => {
  outlook.getMailboxSettings({})
})
```

## Inputs

Pass `{}`. The optional second argument `{ account }` selects a Microsoft binding.

## Output

Returns the connected mailbox's locale, timezone, working hours, and automatic reply settings.

Microsoft Graph requires the scopes declared by the action. IDs are opaque and should be passed through unchanged.
