# Move mail folder

> Moves a folder and returns the moved Outlook mail folder.

`outlook.moveMailFolder` moves a folder and returns the moved Outlook mail folder.

## Example

```ts automations/outlook-move-mail-folder.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation } from "automate.ax"
import { outlook } from "automate.ax/outlook"

export default automation("Move mail folder", () => {
  outlook.moveMailFolder({ folder: "Customers", destinationFolder: "Archive" })
})
```

## Inputs

Pass `{ folder: "Customers", destinationFolder: "Archive" }`. The optional second argument `{ account }` selects a Microsoft binding.

## Output

Moves a folder and returns the moved Outlook mail folder.

Microsoft Graph requires the scopes declared by the action. IDs are opaque and should be passed through unchanged.
