# Edit content

`reddit.editContent` replace the body of an owned self post or comment.

## Inputs

Set `contentId` to an owned post or comment fullname and provide the complete replacement `text`. Compatible signals are accepted. Use the optional second argument `{ account }` to select a named Reddit binding.

## Output

Returns the updated `RedditPost` or `RedditComment`.
