# Delete broadcast

> Delete a draft Resend broadcast.

`resend.deleteBroadcast` delete a draft Resend broadcast.

import { resend } from "automate.ax/resend"

export default automation("Delete broadcast", () => {
  resend.deleteBroadcast({ broadcastId: "broadcast_123" })
})
```

Deletion is permanent and is intended for draft broadcasts. Returns the deleted ID and status. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects the Resend account binding.
