# Share email

> Create a temporary Resend-hosted email preview link.

`resend.shareEmail({ emailId, expiresIn? })` creates a preview URL for a sent or received email. Resend limits the link lifetime to 48 hours. The output contains the email `id`, `object`, and `url`.
