# Update topic

> Update a Resend subscription topic.

`resend.updateTopic` update a Resend subscription topic.

  resend.updateTopic({

```

The patch must update at least one of `name`, `description`, or `visibility`. A topic's default subscription is immutable. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects the Resend account binding.
