# On Resend contact created

> Run an automation when a Resend contact is created.

`resend.onContactCreated` handles `contact.created`.

import { resend } from "automate.ax/resend"

export default automation("Resend contact created", () => {
  resend.onContactCreated().transform(({ email, id }) => ({ email, id }))

```

Optional static `account` selects the Resend binding.
