# Cancel Scrapfly crawl

> Cancel a pending or running Scrapfly crawler job.

`scrapfly.cancelCrawl` stops a crawler job.

`crawlerId` is required. Returns `{ cancelled: true }` when Scrapfly accepts the request. Scrapfly treats cancellation idempotently: a completed or already-cancelled job remains a successful no-op.
