# Unpin message

> Remove a Slack message from its conversation's pins.

`slack.unpinMessage` removes one pinned message.

## Example

```ts automations/unpin-message.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { slack } from "automate.ax/slack"

export default automation("Unpin message", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Unpin message" })

  slack.unpinMessage({
    conversationId: "C01234567",
    timestamp: "1700000000.000001",
  })
})
```

## Inputs

Requires the containing `conversationId` and message `timestamp`.

## Output

Completes without a value. Requires `pins:write` and access to the conversation.
