# Update bookmark

> Update a Slack conversation bookmark.

`slack.updateBookmark` changes an existing link bookmark.

## Example

```ts automations/update-bookmark.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { slack } from "automate.ax/slack"

export default automation("Update bookmark", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Update bookmark" })

  slack.updateBookmark({
    conversationId: "C01234567",
    bookmarkId: "Bk01234567",
    title: "Updated runbook",
  })
})
```

## Inputs

Requires `conversationId` and `bookmarkId`. Supply one or more of `title`, HTTP or HTTPS `url`, and `emoji` to change them.

## Output

Returns the updated bookmark. Requires `bookmarks:write`.
