# Delete Timecard

> Deletes a `Timecard`.

`square.deleteTimecard` deletes a `Timecard`.

## Example

```ts automations/square-delete-timecard.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { square } from "automate.ax/square"

export default automation("Delete Square Timecard", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Delete Square Timecard" })

  square.deleteTimecard({
    id: "id",
  })
})
```

## Inputs

Every input accepts a compatible signal. It requires `TIMECARDS_WRITE`.

| `id`  | `string` | Yes      | —       | The UUID for the `Timecard` being deleted. |

## Output

Returns the official `Square.DeleteTimecardResponse` response as a codec-safe object. Square integer money amounts remain `bigint` values.
