# On Catalog Version Updated

> The catalog was updated. Webhook notification data is packaged as "catalog_version": { "updated_at": "2019-05-14T17:51:27Z"} .

`square.onCatalogVersionUpdated` subscribes to `catalog.version.updated` for the selected seller. It requires `ITEMS_READ`.

## Example

export default automation("onCatalogVersionUpdated", () => {
  const event = square.onCatalogVersionUpdated()

## Event

The catalog was updated. Webhook notification data is packaged as "catalog\_version": \{ "updated\_at": "2019-05-14T17:51:27Z"} .

The signal resolves to the official `Square.CatalogVersionUpdatedEvent` payload with `type` narrowed to `catalog.version.updated`.
