# On Location Custom Attribute Owned Updated

> A custom attribute owned by your application was created or updated for a location.

`square.onLocationCustomAttributeOwnedUpdated` subscribes to `location.custom_attribute.owned.updated` for the selected seller. It requires `MERCHANT_PROFILE_READ`.

## Example

## Event

A custom attribute owned by your application was created or updated for a location.

The signal resolves to the official `Square.LocationCustomAttributeOwnedUpdatedEvent` payload with `type` narrowed to `location.custom_attribute.owned.updated`.
