# On Location Custom Attribute Visible Updated

> A custom attribute that's visible to your application was created or updated for a location.

`square.onLocationCustomAttributeVisibleUpdated` subscribes to `location.custom_attribute.visible.updated` for the selected seller. It requires `MERCHANT_PROFILE_READ`.

## Example

export default automation("onLocationCustomAttributeVisibleUpdated", () => {
  const event = square.onLocationCustomAttributeVisibleUpdated()

## Event

A custom attribute that's visible to your application was created or updated for a location.

The signal resolves to the official `Square.LocationCustomAttributeVisibleUpdatedEvent` payload with `type` narrowed to `location.custom_attribute.visible.updated`.
