# Get payout

> Retrieve a Stripe payout by ID.

Use `stripe.getPayout` to inspect a manual or automatic payout.

import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { stripe } from "automate.ax/stripe"

export default automation("Get payout", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Get payout" })
  stripe.getPayout({ payoutId: "po_123" })
})
```

## Inputs

`payoutId` is required. Use `expand` for supported relationships.

## Output

Returns the requested payout.
