# Get form dimensions

> Gets Tally form visitors grouped by source, browser, device, and location.

`tally.getFormDimensions` gets Tally form visitors grouped by source, browser, device, and location.

## Example

```ts automations/tally-get-form-dimensions.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { tally } from "automate.ax/tally"

export default automation("Get form dimensions", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })

  tally.getFormDimensions({
    formId: "form-id",
    period: "7d",
  })
})
```

## Inputs

`formId` and `period` are required. `period` accepts `today`, `yesterday`, `24h`, `7d`, `30d`, `3m`, `6m`, `12m`, or `all`.

The Free plan supports the past seven days. Longer periods require [Tally Pro](https://tally.so/help/form-insights).

Pass `account` to select a named Tally connection.

## Output

Returns source, browser, operating-system, device, country, and city breakdowns.
