# Get form

> Gets one Tally form with its settings and complete block structure.

`tally.getForm` gets one Tally form with its settings and complete block structure.

## Example

```ts automations/tally-get-form.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { tally } from "automate.ax/tally"

export default automation("Get form", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })

  tally.getForm({
    formId: "form-id",
  })
})
```

## Inputs

`formId` is required.

Pass `account` to select a named Tally connection.

## Output

Returns the form, settings, and ordered typed blocks.
