# List form submissions

> Lists completed or partial submissions for one Tally form.

`tally.listFormSubmissions` lists completed or partial submissions for one Tally form.

## Example

```ts automations/tally-list-form-submissions.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { tally } from "automate.ax/tally"

export default automation("List form submissions", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })

  tally.listFormSubmissions({
    formId: "form-id",
    filter: "completed",
    limit: 100,
  })
})
```

## Inputs

`formId` is required. `filter` accepts `all`, `completed`, or `partial`. Filter by inclusive ISO 8601 `startDate` and `endDate`, continue after `afterId`, or use `page` and `limit` (1–500).

Pass `account` to select a named Tally connection.

## Output

Returns a page of submissions and pagination metadata.
