# Tally

> Build and manage Tally forms, responses, analytics, workspaces, and signed form-response automations.

Use Tally to build forms, inspect submissions and analytics, manage workspaces and webhooks, and start automations when a form receives a response.

Connect Tally with an API key from [Tally API keys](https://tally.so/settings/api-keys). Tally API keys start with `tly-` and grant access to every resource available to their user, so protect them like passwords.

* `tally` contains all packaged Tally actions and triggers.
* `tallyAccount("name")` selects a named Tally API-key connection.

Automate.ax pins requests to Tally API version `2026-08-04`. Tally limits API keys to 100 requests per minute. Rate-limited actions retry after Tally's `Retry-After` delay when provided.
