# List teams

> Lists TidyCal teams available to the account.

`tidyCal.listTeams` lists teams the connected account owns or belongs to.

import { tidyCal } from "automate.ax/tidycal"

```

Team actions require an Agency or Pro plan. `page` defaults to `1`. The result contains `items` with each team's numeric ID, name, and timestamps.
