# Delete checklist item

> Delete one item from a Trello checklist.

`deleteCheckItem` permanently removes an item from its checklist.

import { deleteCheckItem } from "automate.ax/trello"

```

Stable `checklistId` and `itemId` are required; optional `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns `Signal<{ itemId: string; deleted: true }>`.
