# Get label

> Get a Trello label by ID.

`trello.getLabel` retrieves one reusable board label.

```ts automations/get-trello-label.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { trello } from "automate.ax/trello"

export default automation("Get Trello label", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Get Trello label" })
  trello.getLabel({ labelId: "label-id" })
})
```

Provide a stable `labelId`. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a Trello binding.

Returns `Signal<TrelloLabel>` with `id`, `name`, nullable `color`, and optional `boardId`.
