# Remove card member

> Remove one assigned Trello member from a card.

`removeCardMember` unassigns a member and returns the refreshed card.

`card` (ID, short link, or URL) and stable `memberId` are required. Optional `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns the updated `TrelloCard`.
