# On Vercel project created

> Start an automation when Vercel creates a project.

`onVercelProjectCreated` emits when a project is created in the connected Vercel scope.

  const event = onVercelProjectCreated()

```

Optional static `account` defaults to the project's Vercel OAuth binding. Vercel sends this event only when the integration has access to all projects in the scope.

## Trigger data

Returns the [project event shape](/reference/integrations/vercel/triggers/on-project-event), narrowed to `type: "project.created"`.
