# Delete site form submission

> Permanently deletes one submission through its site-scoped Webflow route.

`webflow.deleteSiteFormSubmission` permanently deletes one submission through Webflow's site-scoped API.

## Example

## Inputs

Every input accepts a compatible signal. This action requires the `forms:write` OAuth scope.

| `siteId`           | `string` | Yes      | Webflow site ID.    |
| `formSubmissionId` | `string` | Yes      | Form-submission ID. |

## Output

Completes without an output value after Webflow deletes the submission.

<Warning>Deleting a form submission is permanent.</Warning>
