# Publish site

> Publishes a site or page to its Webflow and custom domains.

`webflow.publishSite` publishes a site or page to its Webflow and custom domains.

## Example

```ts automations/webflow-publish-site.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { webflow } from "automate.ax/webflow"

export default automation("Publish site", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Publish site" })

  webflow.publishSite({
    siteId: "site-id",
  })
})
```

## Inputs

Every input accepts a compatible signal. It requires the `sites:write` OAuth scope.

| `customDomains`             | `string[]` | No       | Webflow `customDomains` value.             |
| `publishToWebflowSubdomain` | `boolean`  | No       | Webflow `publishToWebflowSubdomain` value. |
| `siteId`                    | `string`   | Yes      | Webflow site ID.                           |

  Webflow limits site publishing to one successful publish per minute. Batch
  related changes before this action.

## Output

Returns an object with the fields below. Automate.ax converts provider `Date` values to ISO 8601 strings.
