Enable or disable an Automate.ax automation.
automate.setAutomationEnabled sets the desired enabled state of one automation.

automation accepts an imported automation descriptor, exact ID, or unique deployed description. Setting the current value again is a safe, idempotent operation. The action returns the database transaction ID and requires project:update.
