Output

The action removes the outer Cal.com status envelope. The result is either:

Variant	Result
Created team	The team object, including `id`, `name`, and organization settings.
Pending team	`message`, `paymentLink`, and `pendingTeam` when the plan requires completing payment before creation.

Cal.com enforces account role, plan, and availability requirements. Provider rejections surface as structured action failures with the HTTP status and any Retry-After delay.
