Inputs

Provide the available lead, contact, direction, phone, duration in seconds, outcome, notes, recording URL, user, and activity time. status defaults to completed. The action always sends Close’s External source. Optional second argument { account } selects a named Close binding.

Output

Returns the created CloseCall activity.
