Starts an automation when an asynchronous ElevenLabs transcription completes.
elevenLabs.onTranscriptionCompleted takes no filters. It returns the provider requestId, normalized transcription result, optional webhook metadata, and event timestamp when ElevenLabs supplies one.

transcribe action returns its result directly and does not request a webhook.
