googleDocs.insertImage insert an inline image from a public URL.

Inputs

Provide document and imageUrl. The public HTTP(S) image URL must be shorter than 2 KB. Set index to insert at a location; otherwise Google appends to the segment. width and height use points. A second argument with account selects a Google Account.

Output

Returns the document ID and resulting revision ID. Google must be able to fetch the image as a PNG, JPEG, or GIF smaller than 50 MB and no larger than 25 megapixels.
