Create slide - Automate.ax

googleSlides.createSlide create a slide with a predefined layout.

Inputs

Provide presentation. layout defaults to blank; insertionIndex, objectId, and requiredRevisionId are optional. A second argument with account selects a Google Account.

Output

Returns the presentation ID, created object ID, occurrence count, and revision ID.
