Provide contactId. Optional actor, bulk, and skip control legacy admin visibility and automation or notification processing. Optional second argument { account } selects a named binding. Optional second argument { account } selects a named JobNimbus binding.

Returns the updated JobNimbusContact with isActive: false. JobNimbus keeps the record available for restoration.
