Send private message - Automate.ax

Reddit connections are temporarily unavailable while Automate.ax awaits Reddit’s approval for commercial Data API access. You can connect a Reddit account after the integration is approved and enabled.

reddit.sendPrivateMessage send one private message to a consenting Reddit user.

Inputs

Set to, subject (at most 100 characters), and Markdown text. Optional fromSubreddit sends as a moderated subreddit when Reddit permits it. Compatible signals are accepted. Use the optional second argument { account } to select a named Reddit binding.

Output

Returns no value. Only message recipients who explicitly consented; Reddit prohibits unsolicited automated messages. Submission is not automatically replayed.
