Cancel a pending or running Scrapfly crawler job.
scrapfly.cancelCrawl stops a crawler job.

crawlerId is required. Returns { cancelled: true } when Scrapfly accepts the request. Scrapfly treats cancellation idempotently: a completed or already-cancelled job remains a successful no-op.
