Run an automation after an attachment is added to a Trello card.
trello.onAttachmentAdded matches Trello’s addAttachmentToCard action.

board as an ID, short link, or URL. Optional static account defaults to the project binding.
Returns a resource event with actionType: "addAttachmentToCard", required attachment, card, and board, plus actionId, occurredAt, optional memberCreator, and the complete provider event.
