On delivery picked up

uber.onDeliveryPickedUp takes no filters. It starts when the courier completes the pickup: status pickup_complete.

The event includes id, deliveryId, customerId, status, liveMode, created, and the full delivery with its courier, waypoints, ETAs, and fee. Uber can move a delivery to dropoff almost immediately afterward, so treat this as the moment the order left the store. Requires an Uber Direct connection with a webhook signing key and a dashboard webhook that sends event.delivery_status. See Connect Uber Direct.
