onBrevoEmailHardBounced emits hard_bounce for permanent delivery failures, such as a nonexistent recipient address.

account is an optional static Brevo binding. Returns the common transactional event shape with event: "hard_bounce"; inspect data for provider reason and diagnostic fields. Do not automatically retry a hard bounce without correcting the recipient or cause.
