Create a temporary Calendly event type with a bounded schedule.
calendly.createOneOffEventType creates a temporary booking page for a host and a bounded date range, future-day window, or explicit set of spots.

name, host, duration, and dateSetting are required. A date-range end must be in the future and less than 365 days after its start. Optional inputs include co-hosts, timezone, and a location. Creation is not replay-safe.
